Doing nothing about a problem isn’t cool.

You don’t need all the answers. You just need to start somewhere.

Ignoring a problem doesn’t make it disappear. Sometimes it just makes it bigger.

Most emotional problems start with a lack of self-compassion. Either we keep thinking about why this or that happened to us or keep blaming ourselves for some wrong decision.

Accept the past and forgive yourself. You feel better.

We all need a little kindness.
