No matter what anyone tells you, you CANNOT exercise your way out of #longcovid.

Why? Because your body doesn’t respond to exercise the way it used to.

Exercise will make you worse & will hinder the chance of recovery.

Ignore doctors/physios who say otherwise.

@CheriJacobus that's a fair point. I don't remember how much I owed in total (some four-figure sum) but I do remember that my payments were $56 a month, and boy did I bitch and moan about having to pay it
