The product I bought is eligible for return but for some silly reason they have refused my return and refund request. I couple of hours ago, the app showed me that I am eligible for the return. This is bizarre.

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp @AmitAgarwal I understand secure delivery but you should also have a protocol in process. If a Amazon user delivers consistently or has primary addresss on his account, then omit the otp process. You can have the otp for the new account.
