@MurielDemarcus Same problem in Perth. Had to get a prescription for alternative to usual patches -using for 6 yrs- only to find out after 1 mth they’ve been discontinued. Made GP appt in hope of getting third different script for oestrogen. It sucks & it’s not cheap!
@MurielDemarcus What tosh. I’m frequently inspired by runners in their 70s & 80s, members of my local masters club. If you can run, run! I’m 52 and the older I get, the more joyous I find running.
“As a a writer, his facility with words is too often matched by a tendency towards the facile.” I have some reservations about The Banshees of Inisherin. https://t.co/CJJdGR7lfR
@donalhassett1 Agree! I was so excited to see it but I was very underwhelmed in the end. It was depressing. Ripples of laughter from other cinema goers made it even more confounding. Saw it in Oz so maybe being Irish meant I saw it through different lens. Awful script. Superb acting.
@LittleHardman Saw & Juliet’ a few weeks ago and can’t recommend it highly enough. You’d have to enjoy music from the Back Street Boys, Britney, etc. But who doesn’t 😂

Thrilled to have my short story in the @ReviewIndo section of @Independent_ie. Thank you to the ever-encouraging editor, Ciaran Carty, for this wonderful opportunity to impress the mammy & daddy who will tell all of Kilkenny. Hopefully😊 #newirishwriting
