I have been scammed by meesho by transferring my money to meesho wallet without my consent and now the agents are disconnecting the call when they realise its their mistake without addressing my issue . My creditcard bill date is due and i dont know what to do .

I am raising a serious complaint regarding the refund of my cancelled Meesho order.
The order was paid using my Credit Card, but instead of refunding the amount to my original payment method, the refund amount has been credited to Meesho Balance.

I had clearly instructed everyone to credit the balance back to my account. Now I have called morethan 20 meesho customer care agents since year and they are disconnecting the call after they’ve made a mistake without helping me @meesho_support @Meesho_Official

I had clearly told meesho Customer supervisor Ravikiran from banglore to credit the amount back tothe original payment source and not to credit it to meesho balance
I had contacted morethan 50 meesho agents in the past 15days regarding this issue @Meesho_Official @meesho_support

I did not request or authorize a refund to Meesho Balance. I require the amount to be refunded to the original payment method . I had also provided my secondary bank account details and upi details in the payment section of meesho  account .@meesho_support @Meesho_Official
