@bdquinn As another note, in the intervening time we asked for a copy of the invoice to pass on to the client for reimbursement and we were informed "we already sent that to you" rather than getting another invoice.

i.e. the secret invoice is so secret they refused to share it.

Requested some government records last month. I got an invoice and paid it.

Now we're wondering where the records are so my office calls the agency.
