What remained?
Perfectionism.
A binary lens of living.

The era we need will give space for the gray areas of life.

We are ANDs not ORs.

To want success AND set boundaries.
To honor your body AND enjoy treats.
To want to be tough at work and soft at home.

We need a name for this.
