Google released 2 updates yesterday.
Who can be affected badly by this update?
In short,
1. Expired Domain Abuse Owners
2. Programmatic SEO Website Owners
3. Parasite SEO Website Owners
In detail:
1. Expired Domain Abuse
Expired domain abuse is where an expired domain name is purchased and repurposed primarily to manipulate Search rankings by hosting content that provides little to no value to users.
For example, someone might purchase a domain previously used by a medical site and repurpose that to host low-quality casino content, hoping to be successful in Search based on the domain's reputation from previous ownership.
2. Programmatic SEO Websites
Programmatic SEO websites or scaled content abuse is when many pages are generated for the primary purpose of manipulating Search rankings and not helping users.
This abusive practice is typically focused on creating large amounts of unoriginal content that provides little to no value to users, no matter how it's created.
3. Parasite SEO Websites
Parasite SEO websites or site reputation abuse is when third-party pages are published with little or no first-party oversight or involvement, where the purpose is to manipulate Search rankings by taking advantage of the first-party site's ranking signals.
Such third-party pages include sponsored, advertising, partner, or other third-party pages that are typically independent of a host site's main purpose or produced without close oversight or involvement of the host site, and provide little to no value to users.

SEO Tip: want to make your eCommerce website stand out more in Google's search results?
Make sure to pay attention to the Merchant Listings report in Google Search Console, with two new items in particular having a big influence.
The report allows you to monitor whether Google is able to pick up on both your returns policy and shipping details for pages.
This data can then be reflected almost site-wide (for both product and category pages) in addition to stock availability, pricing, review stars, and more.
In my experience, Google can pick up on this data through making it available either in your Structured Data or through your Merchant Center settings.
It is however important to note that if your settings are correct in Merchant Center for each, Google Search Console will continue to show each as warnings (if the Structured Data isn’t also reflected). So if your settings are correct, you can ignore the warnings in GSC.
When working with clients in the eCommerce space, I regularly find that they are not making use of this new enhancement for their pages. So make sure to check!
At the moment, the enhancement is only available in the US, but Google has said that they are looking to expand its coverage in the near future.
