Amazing how quickly the health karma fairy struck after my mildly celebratory post yesterday. Just about almost feeling better now, and the weekend is *checks notes* pretty much over. Fucking fuck.

I cannot overstate how weird it is that after 3+ years of a worsening health condition, I get days when I feel 'normal'. By contrast I feel dangerously powerful, capable of world conquest.
