@kucoincom having trouble with error code 3002. I have tried to contact customer support. They ask for screenshots of the error and never respond after that. I've tried for 2 hours.

@AmericanAir thanks for canceling our flights from ont to clt. Our friends chose @Delta and they are on their flights home. Don't say it is "weather" it's sunny home, here, and our layover. Been on hold for 3 hrs. Don't forget that it's a 2k flight w/first class upgrades.
