I was sexually harassed by an employee at the airport last week. Not only were American Airlines absolutely amazing in helping me handle it, the ProspectAir staff also made me feel listened to.

I feel like something actually will be done and I'll be sure to follow up.

This never applies to medically fragile people. While 78 is uncomfortable at times, it /is/ liveable for able bodied, healthy people. It isn't the end of the world. It isn't his fault he inherited such a fucked up system.
