5 Sacred rules of writing:
1. Say it once say it well.
2. Subtext is everything.
3. Make sure you know the premise. Without one, you're basically just waffling.
4. Spend at least 8 hours a day writing. Don't underestimate time.
5. Be authentic.

We are not so one dimensional to think that we are good #writers without first being good readers, good listeners and, most importantly, able to develop a wide range interests and skills. #Writing is a process learned by creation and imagination. Feed those first.

4. Once you have your scenes on page - they don't have to be perfect or even make sense - see if you can create a detailed map of the scene/chapter from what you saw.
Keep repeating Visual Creative Flow until you have content to work through a chapter.

Get over the fear of the blank page using this technique:
1.Close your eyes. Visualise the scene in your mind. Literally like a screen in front of your eyes, for 5 mins.
2. Write everything down with pen and paper (not digitally) that you saw.
3. Repeat process for every scene
