Profound
Unambiguous
Clearly
Spotlessly and Coherently articulated
Yet you can't understand.
When Paul said Understanding is hidden, we didn't know how much he meant it.
Calvary Greetings in Jesus name.
First of all, we don’t serve one God.
There’s only ONE GOD, THE WAY not one of the ways, THE TRUTH not one of the truths and LIFE and that’s JESUS CHRIST.
Saying ‘one God’ does not automatically mean it is the same understanding of who God is.
In Christianity, God reveals Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus is not just a prophet; He is God in the flesh and the Savior of the world. The Bible says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God” (John 1:1), and Jesus Himself said, “I and the Father are one” (John 10:30).
In Islam, however, God is strictly one person, and He has no Son. Jesus is regarded as a prophet, not God. The Quran clearly states that God does not beget nor is He begotten. This directly contradicts the Christian belief about who Jesus is.
Christianity is built on the belief that Jesus is God and the only way to the Father, while Islam rejects that completely. Both positions cannot be true at the same time.
The Bible also makes it clear: “Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father” (1 John 2:23). So from a Christian standpoint, rejecting Jesus as God means rejecting the true revelation of God.
In conclusion,
We don’t serve one God.
Selah!
JOS ! You shall not be broken. The forces of evil in our nation shall never prevail . We shall see their end.
It is well with you Jos, We see you ! Let there be light !
Most so called Christians have refused to take the responsibility of knowing God, getting revelation knowledge (understanding) of His word and doing the work of growing in their walk with God (FAITH). That’s why they are quick to fall a prey in the hands of so-called fake pastors
I am grateful to God for the blessing of seeing another birthday. I have enjoyed blessings too numerous to list, especially the salvation of my soul and the opportunity to add value to many lives. I am truly grateful. 🙏

Thank you Jesus for tongues 😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨
Thank you for the Help it provides to my prayer life.
Thank you for mysteries in the spirit but inward edification nonetheless.
I WILL pray with the spirit, and I WILL pray with my understanding also.
Ese, Jesu.
You love me too much.
Incase you've given up on marriage cause of the many negative narratives, here's a post for you.
Go to the quotes, read people's amazing marriage narratives and blush it out 😁
Their services.
I remember far back on campus, in as much I was the prayer Secretary, we always emphasized and taught the metrics of spiritual growth and what the myths of same are.
You can correct something without condemning the whole altogether.
A proper Bible-believing Charismatic Church would never teach tongues as a metric of spiritual growth.
And I see that you relied on a case scenario of a president of a fellowship fornicating and in your conclusion, they were all speaking in tongues and rolling on the floor in
Why must we return to the Biblical view and practice of tongues?
A false standard of spiritual growth is a powerful way for Satan to overthrow people's faith and harden their hearts against God. It's also the way to make false converts feel comfortable in church thinking they're saved while they're going to hell.
When you are sure you're growing in Christ but you're actually dying in your sins, Satan has clinched your soul. You're hopeless.
This is the reason why we need to go back to a biblical view and practice of tongues.
Holiness, growth in Christ-likeness, is the indicator of spiritual growth. As Paul says...
Ephesians 4:23-24 (ESV)
23 and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, 24 and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.
But in our context, tongues has become the marker of spiritual growth instead of Holiness. Emotionalism has been replaced sanctification as the proof of edification.
The result is a lot of people who have not actually gotten holier but feel satisfied that they've made progress in their Christian walk because they speak tongues more.
In school, there was a fellowship known for fornication from their president to the floor members and they used to roll tongues for hours. Till today I counsel so many young people at rest in sin because they've been given a tongues as a pacifier for their conscience. There's a church that... You know what, Let me not even talk too much.
Tongues has never been an issue of contention throughout the history of the Apostolic church. It has always been tertiary, none essential. But it became central to American pentecostalism which is the most influential type of Christianity in Nigeria today. So Holiness was pushed aside and tongues took its central place in church life.
Yet, whether or not a person speaks in tongues will not affect a person's eternal destiny. So, the instinct of a peace-maker would be to say we should leave everyone to practice tongues as they please.
I have this instinct. Sometimes I just want to leave the matter and let scoffers do what they please as long as those we are responsible for are biblical. Pluralism is a deep instinct even I struggle with.
But this is what some of our fathers among the Orthodox and Holiness Pentecostals said said when the Americans brought their heterodoxies in the 80s. Today you'll hardly find any more classical pentecostals. And the orthodox has added these things to their own identity. Because yeast doesn't stay on one side of the bread. Leaven is not satisfied till it has corrupted the whole batch.
If we do an experiment for one second.
Let us remove tongues from churches and really look at what is left. Let's remove groaning and emotionalism and really look at what is left as per the fruits in the lives of these people.
What will we see?
What do the unbelievers who don't care about our charismatism say about us?
Just really look and take an objective assessment of the godliness of Nigerian christians. What do you see?
The reason why people cannot see what is actually happening is because Satan has given us these abuse of tongues as a powerful perfume to cover the stench of death.
A lot of people will not know they're on the way to hell until they try to pray to God in their understanding for just one hour. They should try and pray, giving thanks, confessing their sins, praying for grace for their weakness and pray for God's kingdom for just one hour and they'll suddenly see they don't actually know God or how to communicate with Him.
