If employees are more productive with AI efficiencies, then those employees are more profitable to hire, companies want more of them.

@EricSpracklen Why do they go out of their way to obsess over that one overpriced house on the market, as if they even need 2300 sqft home anyway. There are plenty of homes at 1000sqft at a fraction of that cost. I’ve seen new construction in Texas around $140k, making hysteria over nothing.

@MAGAMAHACindy @DonnieTsAss Depends on what state you are from. Plenty of new plants being built in the states that value work ethics. Others like Minnesota had economies feeding off defrauding taxpayers, that pipeline is being cutoff and they aren’t happy about it.

Thats the whole point of having increased efficiency from AI or any other technology to produce things cheaper than doing everything by hand.

Good government policies and automation are inherently deflationary. Drop costs by 50% and people only need to work half as much. They don’t die.

I think we can more than survive a few basis points and life gets easier with deflation that comes from tech automation anyway. Somehow that part always gets left out.
