@ministryoftest Easy number metrics (# of test cases, defects, KLOC). Arguably, those are measures and not metrics. Even measured over time, they tell me NOTHING about the product. They only encourage unproductive behavior. My success should not mean developer failure, or vice versa.

@CoverosGene A "failing test" is not a broken test. It may be highlighting a problem that is less risky than the fix, for the time being. So it is a known, acceptable, failure... for now. The challenge is managing them over time...
