I appreciate that some people are upset with my presence in Afghanistan. I have no desire to lash out. I assume they are trying to accomplish their missions the same way I am trying to accomplish mine, and I love them for it. A few things, though:

Do not some near Kabul airport. The security situation on the ground has closed the airport to all incoming personnel. Do not direct anyone to the airport- have your contacts stay home and remain in touch with you. Hopefully some avenues open up in the coming weeks and days.
