@HawaiianAir you guys definitely need to do better. Cancel flight this morning due to medical emergency and very poor communication on what passengers should do next. My whole family stranded in LAX , lost hotel, car and New Year’s Eve reservations.

@British_Airways has absolutely the worst customer service. They lost my oversized luggage on flight from Manchester to London. Reported it immediately and everyday get texts that’s on a flight for the next day. Date changes each day and still no bag!!!!
