@ENWINUtilities The outage map is showing power restored in Pilette area it is absolutely NOT - remain out on Balfour from Tecumseh to South National. Please update the map so it's accurate and we know you know there's still an issue
@Bell So incredibly glad I stopped being a Bell customer a few years ago after finally getting fed up with being abused for being a 30+ year loyal customer - which goes completely unappreciated by Bell especially

@Bell two days ago after a storm in Windsor a tree in my backyard fell on a Bell line. I called to let you know and was told a tech would come out and check last night between 5pm and 9pm. Nobody showed but I did get an automated message they were on their way!
@cogeco I just called to let you know a tree has fallen on what could be your cable and the earliest that a technician can come to investigate is Saturday?? If that doesn't say customer service I don't know what does.
