@Marxmrr@fufupower1000 Grown ass irl people crying like children that adult characters in fiction throw child-like tantrums every now and then. La realidad does indeed supera la ficcion.
The "I need to be able to have fun with one single game forever or else is bad" mindset has to be a side effect or microplastics or covid because up until 5-10 years ago we'd play a game for 10 hours and enjoy it.
@CreeperTV_11@guroot@lauriewired You can switch it on and off. There's months where I only want to play games that run on an intel atom from 2008, maybe you're just looking forward to two games this year that you'll play for a month each, you end up just paying $44.
@DuckieLouise This argument is stupid because it's under the assumption that everyone who isn't speeding is going exactly the speed limit, when in reality most people are going excessively under the limit in which case there is a good amount of time to be saved.
@guroot@lauriewired The read here shouldn't be "you'll own nothing"; owning nothing would suck. "I can play the games I want with decent performance while simultaneously saving up for a PC I own and can run them better" is a healthier way to see it.
@joe762876@Interlukein4 to be fair even when you do clear the cache on other platforms, be it android or pc the app/website cache will just go back to having more or less the same size the next time you open it, because a lot of it isn't even user data.
