1. Restore and maintain per-student funding
2. Address class complexity

Over the last 10 yrs, we have 15K more students and only 10 more teachers… Yes, we need capital investment for renovated or new schools. But, we need operating budget increases above enrolment and inflation rates for there to be a real investment in students and education.
