MISSING SPRINGFIELD TEEN: Raymond McGavin, 19, has been missing since the U2 concert in DC on Sunday night. His mom says he may have been in Beltsville, MD near train tracks. There hasn't been any activity on his phone or bank accounts since. Please spread the word @nbcwashington
