Scott Montgomery

Statistician for the peninsula panthers Jr hockey team

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@FriedgeHNIC any thoughts on the oilers signing lemieux? They need toughness. Thank you

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@Bob_Stauffer @EdmontonOilers @Condors Zack McEwen right shit center or right wing. Adds well toughness we need so much right now. And he can skate

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@Bob_Stauffer I'm Scott from Victoria, I work for a junior A team in Victoria bc (peninsula Panthers). My question for you is would you sign Zack McEwen? Or is there another player that could add toughness? Thank you

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@JasonGregor I think they are so close. I would love it if they signed Zack McEwen. They still need toughness. Might have to trade foggle to help with cap space but there are players waiting to move up. Loving the moves. Do you think there is another player to replace klim other than McEwen?

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@ryanwhitney6 So disappointed. Don't understand how this team could loose. Sad.

[Peninsula Panthers @ppanthersvijhl]

@ppanthersvijhl have come to terms with new Bench Boss & General Manager @tstanton191. He is the youngest HC/GM in the Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League and has already hit the ground running. Every detail on the Stanton signing up now at https://t.co/xTgrkXBr56 #ppants

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@OilersNow looking at our defense,I'd hate to see it change too much, maybe adding Edmonton product Nick Holden from the senators. Cheap contact and will be a ufa. Could help without changing too much. Scott from Victoria

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@JasonGregor My hopes is the oilers trade pulijarvi and Fogel to Anaheim for carrick. Might have to add a pick but this gives cap space we need and toughness as well as grit.

[Peninsula Panthers @ppanthersvijhl]

@ppanthersvijhl make coaching change. Details at https://t.co/xTgrkXBr56 #ppants

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@Simmonds17 still hoping you come to play for the Edmonton Oilers!! Boy would you make a difference. True toughness and leadership!!!

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@SportsnetSpec Love to see Edmonton add carrick or wayne Simmons. Toughness and leadership

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@SportsnetSpec How about picking up Wayne Simmons. Cheap, toughness on the right side and a known leader

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@TheCultofHockey just a thought. Leadership in Edmonton has apparently been an issue since we a couple players retired. How about wayne Simmons? Cheap adds toughness on the right side and a great leader. Any thoughts?

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@Lukeantrim @KevinWeekes @Senators @NHL He already said no to Vancouver

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@therealholden40 @LockedOnOilers It's just a trade I can see working carrick for pulijarvi. Works great for both teams. And Anaheim has a player who pulijarvi can talk to, I think he misses mikko. Just my opinion. Go oilers. Great podcast

[Scott Montgomery @wsmontgomery10]

@Bob_Stauffer @EdmontonOilers I would love to see a trade involving pulijarvi to Anaheim for carrick or to Columbus for olivier

[Peninsula Panthers @ppanthersvijhl]

Head Coach @ChrisDriebergen recently assembled the "JET" Line(r) comprised of JR, Ethan & Tristan. JET Line looking to do some damage Friday night at 7:30 pm when a hot Comox Valley Glacier Kings come in to @Panorama_Rec . Check out details at https://t.co/xTgrkXBr56 #ppants

[Peninsula Panthers @ppanthersvijhl]

@ppanthersvijhl back at it tonight in the friendly confines of the @Panorama_Rec as the high-flying @CVGKhockey come into town. Comox has a high-octane offence and this one should be a dandy. Puck drops at 7:30 pm in what is an important tilt. #ppants

@Simmonds17 Total respect. Those comments made were disrespectful. You are a class act. I always was a fan of yours as a player now even more as a person. Hockey and life should be excepting of all, as we are all human. I wish you were an Edmonton Oiler. You would be a perfect teammate
