Acceleration is not fast, it should actually feel slow and sprinters want to feel fast. So by fault they rush the acceleration phase. Be patient and don’t try to be fast out of the blocks.

New (and better) adjustments to the uniform rule: interestingly enough, NCAA is getting MORE restrictive on alternative uniforms while NFHS is getting more reasonable, which makes sense given our financial restrictions. Read for yourself:

State coaches were asked for an advisory vote on the girls 4x2. Vote results indicated no strong preference either way. WSTFCA recommends no action to WIAA. Girls 4x2 stays status quo. We will not revisit in the foreseeable future.
