One of my most expensive lessons:

I delayed a decision by 1 day
not because I didn’t know what to do
but because I wanted to feel “sure”
I lost leverage and a big opportunity that cost us 20k!

hesitation may not feel like a mistake
but it is.

we didn’t grow because we were “doing marketing”

we grew because people talked (0 spend on ads)

turns out people don’t share ads
they share things that feel worth talking about

What no one tells you about starting a business:

growth without cash flow control

the scariest nights aren’t when you’re failing
they’re when sales are strong, demand is there
but the cash hasn’t hit yet

and you don’t know how you’ll cover the next cycle

تطبيق التوصيل “💙” أتمنى من الجميع تفادي استخدامه.
منذ سبتمبر وهم متعثرين في تحويل مستحقات المحلات، وللأسف لا يوجد طريق واضح حالياً لاسترجاع حقوقنا منهم.
أبسط شيء ممكن تسوونه لدعم المحلات هو استخدام التطبيقات الثانيه 💛🥷❤️🧡
