@twitandrewking None of these people would've gotten a ticket had they paid for parking, like any normal person would. It's just the same losers who whine over speed cameras. They need to get over themselves and start acknowledging that they live in a society and society has reasonable costs.

@TomiLaffly@RegalMovies I haven’t looked this up to confirm, but I was told once that in Canada, the lights have to go on as soon as the credits roll due to new-ish health and safety regulations. Not a fan either, but that may be the reason the big chains do it.
