@PremPropLawyers When this fiasco is brought to somewhere near normality, everyone effected by this should report this circus to the ombudsman. Apparently they have a £68 million turnover, but in my opinion they are not fit to practice. There should be a far more robust back up system.
@PremPropLawyers Should have completed 08/11 sale and purchase, money for new home gone from my bank account and nobody knows where it is, definitely not with the people I'm buying off. Stress?
@bbcemt@DPalm84 My bank account is missing an eye watering sum of money and I have absolutely no idea where it is other than somewhere in the ether. The stress and anxiety is all consuming. Another sleepless night ahead.
@bbcemt@DPalm84 I should have completed sale and purchase 08/11/21. Everyone set to move with removal vans packed, now have absolutely no idea what is happening, with no time line to resolution. My bank advises funds have left my account last Friday, but my developer has not received them.
@PremPropLawyers Just had a phone call from them, apparently its now a cyber attack, they need to make up their minds it was a power failure yesterday at 1000am. #horseshit

@PremPropLawyers Spoke to them on phone 0915. We're doing our best.... We're so sorry.... we can fully appreciate how you feel..... and all the usual garbage. Cannot give a date for a fix not today, next week or next April. My employer thinks I'm taking the rise to get time off work.

@PremPropLawyers Ive got that terrible sinking anxiety feeling, when a company starts to perform like this and cannot give an estimate to a fix, it usually means bankruptcy is rapidly looming, and unfortunately we're all going to be up sh1t creek minus a paddle.
@PremPropLawyers Just been on the phone to Billy Smarts property lawyers, no idea at all when this will be fixed, 1 day 5 days 3 months? Who knows. This shower are unfit to practice, their level of poor service is outrageous.
