@lily_marston So I forgot to take my Xanax one night this week cuz I always take it before bed, and I ended up being awake til 5am 🥴. Probably shouldn’t be so dependent on it but I’ve always had horrible sleep! 🤦🏻‍♀️

@lily_marston Hahahahaha liesssss Lilz. Though whenever I take NyQuil, I always take a liiiittle more than the recommended amount cuz the usual amount doesn’t do much for me! 😂😆

@lily_marston It always takes awhile for your body to get used to new meds. Especially for anxiety...at least that’s what I found. But yeah maybe before bed would be good. I take my Xanax before bed and then my antidepressant in the morning.
