Talk about your struggles.
Not in a victim way.
Show that you are human, share your challenges and your solution if you have one.
You can help people who are dealing with the same thing, realize they are not alone.
This alone, can change a person's life.
Have any other #creatives#writers ever worried that they would run out of ideas or inspiration? Because I have dry spells sometimes.Tapping into my support system and meditating normally helps get me back up and running. If this happens to you, what do you do?

@DrJessTaylor I was just having this conversation with with my microbiologist cousin today. Scientific work should be accessible to everyone and phrased in plain English! If you can't explain your work simply, it makes me think that you don't understand it.
@BreneBrown@AllBlacks Great intervention to that question by Sir Stephen. I wish that more workplaces applied an attitude of vulnerability so that, for example, admitting a mistake would not be automatically treated as a sign of weakness, ignorance or negligence (though the last 2 apply sometimes).
Most dream jobs don't show up as job postings. Before you look at job ads, ask:
What are my favorite things to do?
When do I do my best work? What would be fun to try next? Ground in that first.
Then talk to & research places that need that skill. Especially now.
@KerriTwigg I feel that the only other appropriate reply to this tweet (the first being woo hoo!) is something in Minion-ese. But I can't speak it lol.
