🚨This Lineup is the solution:
I know some clueless Manchester United fans will say "No, they are just kids, this lineup will get beaten and concede a lot of goals" — but let me tell you the truth.
A good manager who knows how to bring out the best in young, talented players would take this team to the top. Look at managers like Brighton's Fabian Hürzeler or what Barcelona are doing. This is exactly the type of squad that later becomes world-class.
We have a huge stock of talented youngsters who can play better than our current squad. Brighton are 9 points above us using the same kind of young players with similar ability. Barcelona are doing the same thing. Trust the youth and they will deliver.
If he gets the job, these will happen
1. He will improve the teams Work rate.
2. Tactically, he will set up the team.
3. You can expect United to go into matches and fight.
4. Fighting spirits in team will be woken up.
5. He will bench or release the lazy players in the team
6. The board won't back him during the summer.
7. He will call them out, then they will sack him.
The circle continues!!
Remember Conte is Italian, they fear no one!
Players I’d genuinely look at for Manchester United next summer:
LEFT-BACK
— Lewis Hall
— Patrick Truffert
— Maxim De Cuyper
— David Raum
CENTRE-BACK
— Castello Lukeba
— Finn Jeltsch
— Ousmane Diomande
MIDFIELD
— Adam Wharton
— Angelo Stiller
— Javi Guerra
— Alex Scott
— Mateus Fernandes
RIGHT/LEFT WING
— Antonio Nusa
— Johan Bakayoko
— Yeremay Hernández
FORWARD / SECOND STRIKER
— Eli Junior Kroupi
— Georges Mikautadze
Not saying United should sign all of them. I’m talking about building a proper recruitment pool instead of deciding on one glamorous target and spending the whole summer chasing him.
My first priorities would be starting LB, thletic CB, idfielder who can dictate games, explosive 1v1 winger + a young forward to compete with Šeško
🚨 The situation behind the scenes at Manchester United has been described as "a mess" by a source with extensive knowledge of the club's internal operations.

We the fans stand with you, Licha.
We know they're going to try and get rid of you, but no matter what happens, we will never forget how you took one for our club and fans. ❤️
🎙️🗣️ SIR ALEX FERGUSON BACKING LISANDRO MARTINEZ
🗣️"I have always believed that Manchester United is bigger than any individual, but that does not mean we should ignore the truth simply because it makes certain people uncomfortable."
🗣️"When a player like Lisandro Martínez speaks about what is happening inside the club, the first question should not be whether his words are convenient. The first question should be whether he has a point."
🗣️"I built teams that were expected to win trophies, not teams that were satisfied with simply participating. At Manchester United, second best was never the objective. We could lose a match, of course, because football is football, but what mattered was how we responded, the standards we demanded, and the hunger we showed afterwards."
🗣️"That is what made this club special."
🗣️"If Martínez believes that more should be expected from the technical leadership, then I want to know why. Why should a player who puts his body on the line every weekend be afraid to ask difficult questions? Why should the manager be expected to carry the entire responsibility for every failure while other people escape scrutiny? Football is a collective responsibility, and nobody at Manchester United should be too important to answer for their decisions."
🗣️"Let me make something very clear: changing managers is not a magic solution. You can bring in one manager, dismiss him when results become difficult, appoint another, and repeat the same process for years."
🗣️"But if the structures surrounding that manager remain ineffective, what exactly do you expect to change? A new face in the dugout cannot automatically repair poor recruitment, a lack of planning, or a club without a consistent footballing identity.
I have seen what happens when a club loses its standards. People begin making excuses. They start blaming individual players, then the manager, then injuries, then the schedule. Eventually, everybody has an explanation for why Manchester United are struggling, but very few people accept responsibility for fixing the problem.
That is not the Manchester United I knew.
🗣️When I was in charge, there was pressure on everyone. Players had to perform. Coaches had to improve the team. Scouts had to identify the right players. The people running the football operation had to understand what the manager needed. Nobody could simply point at somebody else and say, 'That is not my responsibility.' We were all working towards one objective: making Manchester United successful.
🗣️And if Martínez expected more from the technical director, I would tell him this: those are legitimate questions to ask. The technical leadership of a football club cannot simply stand in the background when things go wrong. If the recruitment is not delivering, if the squad is unbalanced, or if the manager is not being given the right tools, somebody must explain what is happening.
You cannot spend years talking about rebuilding and then act surprised when supporters become impatient. Rebuilding is not an excuse to abandon ambition. It is a process that requires intelligent decisions, clear leadership, and people who understand what Manchester United represents.
🚨 Senior Manchester United players BACK Lisandro Martínez's criticism of the club's hierarchy following their 2-0 defeat to Atlético Madrid.
Several players share his frustration over the club's lack of ambition, with sporting director Jason Wilcox under increasing scrutiny.
There is a feeling United wasted the chance to build on last season's progress by spending £155M on THREE midfielders while neglecting other key areas of the squad.

🚨 Lisandro Martinez's explosive comments were driven by anger over Michael Carrick potentially losing his job despite not being given the tools to succeed at Manchester United.
Players are FED UP with the constant managerial resets, while those running the club continue to avoid scrutiny over their decisions and the direction of the club.

🚨 Lisandro Martínez’s criticism of Jason Wilcox is WIDELY shared within the Manchester United dressing room, with players frustrated by poor recruitment and a lack of squad depth.
Despite spending £155M on midfielders this summer, United failed to strengthen at left-back, leaving Luke Shaw as the only senior option.
Martínez’s outburst is also seen as a calculated move, with the defender out of contract next summer and keen on joining an elite European club.
Players also believe Michael Carrick has been left without the resources needed to compete.
