ギャラリースコープを持参して大正解。
平日のおかげで館内観覧者が少なかったので、拡大しながらじっくり拝見しました。端から見たら異常と見られたかも？身悶えせんばかりに。そのくらい素晴らしかった。

ヤマト運輸がベトナム人ドライバー500人採用へ。

最初に言っておきます。

制度に則って採用し、教育し、日本人と同等以上の待遇で働いてもらうのであれば、
企業として外国人を採用すること自体に何の問題もないと思います。

むしろ問題は、その先です。

なぜ日本人が来なくなった仕事を直さないまま、
海外から500人連れてくる必要があるところまで来たのか。

私は、そこが怖い。

昔のトラックドライバーはキツい仕事でした。

長時間労働。
手積み手卸し。
家に帰れない。
事故を起こせば人生が変わる。

でも、
「キツいけど稼げる」
という明確な交換条件がありました。

大型に乗る。
長距離へ行く。
人より働く。

そのリスクと時間が、
ちゃんと収入になった。

だから人が集まったんです。

ところが今は、

事故のリスクはそのまま。

荷役もある。
拘束時間も長い。
責任も重い。

なのに、昔ほど稼げない。

物価上昇まで考えれば、
実質的な豊かさは当時とは比較になりません。

「危険でキツい。でも稼げる」
から、

「危険でキツい。そして稼げない」
へ変わった。

そりゃ人がいなくなります。

そこで、

「日本人が来ないなら外国人」

となる。

ちょっと待ってほしい。
外国人なら、この条件でいいのでしょうか。

ベトナム人なら耐えられる？
外国人なら安い待遇でも来てくれる？

もしそんな発想が少しでもあるなら、
完全に順番が逆です。

外国人ドライバーを入れる前に、

日本人でも外国人でも、
「この仕事をやりたい」
と思える待遇にするべきでしょう。

そして、もう一つ。

運送会社を経営していた側として、
現実的に気になるリスクがあります。

大型トラックのドライバーへ会社が預けるものは、

ハンドルだけではありません。

数千万円する大型車。
高額な積荷。
燃料カード。
ETCカード。
取引先情報。
納品先情報。

場合によっては、
積荷だけで数千万円ということもあります。

つまりドライバー一人に、

とんでもない金額の動産と情報を預ける仕事なんです。

だから外国人採用を大規模に進めるなら、

「外国人だから盗むかもしれない」

という雑な話ではなく、

国籍を問わず、

失踪や連絡不能が起きた時にどうするのか。
車両位置を即座に把握できるのか。
カード類を停止できるのか。
積荷を追跡できるのか。
車両の不正利用を防げるのか。
身元確認や緊急連絡体制は十分なのか。

ここまでセットで設計する必要があります。

500人採用するなら、

500人分の採用だけではなく、
500人分のリスク管理も必要です。

さらに重要なのは教育です。

大型免許を持っている。

日本語の試験に合格している。

それだけでプロドライバーが完成するわけではありません。

日本独特の道路環境。
高速道路。
狭い納品先。
雪道。
荷崩れ。
事故対応。

配送先ごとのローカルルール。

日本人ですら、
大型ドライバーとして一人前になるには時間がかかります。

ここを人手不足だからと急げば、

危険にさらされるのは本人だけではありません。

同じ道路を走る私たち全員です。

だから私は外国人ドライバー受入れに、
単純に賛成とも反対とも言えません。

ちゃんと育てる。
ちゃんと払う。
ちゃんと休ませる。
ちゃんと守る。

そして日本人と同じ条件で、
プロとして評価する。

そこまでやるなら、
物流を支える大切な仲間になると思います。

でも、

日本人が逃げ出した待遇をそのままにして、
不足した人数だけ海外から補充する。

それは物流改革ではありません。
単なる延命です。

今やるべきことは、

日本人を外国人へ置き換えることではなく、

「トラックドライバーになれば、責任と技術に見合うだけ稼げる」

という仕事へ戻すことではないでしょうか。

モノが届かない時代が来る。
だから外国人を入れる。

ではなく、

なぜ運ぶ人がいなくなったのか。

そこを直さない限り、
次は外国人ドライバーからも選ばれなくなると思います。

皆さんはどう思いますか？

外国人ドライバー500人採用。

人手不足を救う一手になると思いますか？

それとも、

まず日本人すら戻ってくる給与と労働環境を作る方が先でしょうか。

そして一般ドライバーの皆さん。

これから高速道路で外国人ドライバーが増えるとして、

どんな教育・日本語力・安全管理があれば安心できますか？

国籍の話だけで終わらせず、

「誰なら25トンの大型車を安心して任せられるのか」

そこを議論したいです。

It was in one of those night classes that she met a young Cuban refugee named Miguel Bezos. He had arrived in the United States at age 15, fleeing Castro's regime with almost nothing. They fell in love.
Mike, as everyone called him, adopted Jeff and gave him his name. Together, Jacklyn and Mike built a home where hard work, education, and big dreams were the foundation of everything.
Jacklyn never stopped learning. Even after putting her college dreams on hold to raise her family and support Mike's career, she went back. In her late thirties, she enrolled again. She was relentless. At age 40, Jacklyn Bezos finally earned her college degree.

The company was called Amazon.
By 2018, that investment had grown to approximately $30 billion.
But the money was never the point for Jacklyn.
Jeff Bezos has spoken publicly about his mother countless times. He called her story ""incredible."" He credits her not just for the financial investment, but for the foundation she built — the values she instilled, the example she set, the sacrifices she made when he was too young to understand them.
Jacklyn Bezos never sought the spotlight. While her son became one of the most recognizable people on the planet, she worked quietly behind the scenes. She co-founded the Bezos Family Foundation, donating hundreds of millions to education and health causes. She championed opportunities for young people, especially those who faced obstacles like she once did.
She passed away in August 2025 at the age of 78, after battling Lewy body dementia. Her son announced her death with a simple tribute: ""She pounced on the job of loving me with ferocity.""
Jacklyn Bezos's life proves something important about parenting.
The most valuable gift you can give your children isn't money. It's showing them what's possible by refusing to accept what others say is impossible.
She was a teenage mother who society might have written off. Instead, she raised a son who changed the world — and she did it by changing hers first."

In Dearborn Michigan: Muslims DEMAND submission!!

In Dearborn Michigan, Muslims are now demanding that CHRISTIAN CHURCHES stop ringing their bells on Sundays. This is real and their reasoning should terrify every Christian American.

Muslims are saying “According to Sharia Law, church bells cannot be louder than our Islamic call to prayer. We are the majority in this city and you HAVE TO respect us, our laws, and our religion.”

They are not asking for equality, they’re demanding submission. Roughly 45,000 Muslims participated in the walk for Arbaeen in Dearborn on Sunday. In small numbers, Islam is “a religion of peace” that stays very private. But once an overpowering amount of Muslims control a certain area, they’ll make their presence known, in staggering numbers, as a show of dominance.

The Dearborn heights police department is THE VERY FIRST police department in the country to have Arabic language and writing on its uniforms. With that in mind, do you think that these police officers would defend the constitution and arrest Muslims for attacking and assaulting a white Christian republican man?

These people have moved to America, settled in a Christian country, and now that they have the demographic majority in that one city, they’re demanding that Christians silence their own churches to comply with Islamic laws that they brought with them from the Middle East.

This is exactly what’s happening, right now, in Europe. First they ask for tolerance, next they demand accommodation, and then they enforce submission.

The city of Dearborn already has a Muslim mayor and majority Muslim city council. However, the rest of the politicians in Michigan are letting it happen because they’re afraid of losing that voting bloc. You will NEVER get elected to office in Michigan without it.

Imagine for a second, if this was the other way around. If Christians moved to Saudi Arabia, and demanded that Muslims turn off their call to prayer, what do you think would happen? They would be arrested or worse. But in America, we’re just supposed to hand over our culture, submit, and give them whatever they demand because it’s their 1st amendment rights to “freedom of religion.”

As we’ve seen in Spain, one radical liberal policy undid, in 24 hours, what was held for thousands of years after the crusades removed Islam from that country. Ceuta was a happy and peaceful place for Christians… now it’s being overrun by 3rd world savages.
