从缅甸难民到UFC冠军，只用了5年。

Joshua Van，24岁，UFC蝇量级冠军，也是UFC历史首位00后冠军。

10岁因战乱离开缅甸，在马来西亚以难民身份生活约两年，12岁定居美国。2021年才开启职业MMA生涯，2025年夺得UFC金腰带，2026年完成首次卫冕。

#洪拳 HungGa 是中国最负盛名的 #南拳 #武术 之一。它源于 #少林，由洪门会传承。清代广东五大名拳“洪刘蔡李莫”中，洪拳位列第一。一代宗师 #黄飞鸿 整理并集大成了其流派体系。
洪拳以“硬桥硬马、动作威猛、发力短促”著称，经典套路包括工字伏虎拳、虎鹤双形拳、铁线拳等。

Masahiko Kimura (1917-1993), legendary Japanese #judoka known as "God of Judo". Youngest 5th dan at 18, undefeated 1936-1950, 3x All-Japan champion. In 1951 he defeated Hélio Gracie with reverse ude-garami, forever known as the "#KimuraLock" worldwide.
