@GEICO I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but your customer service has descended to a point I wouldn’t wish on an enemy. I can’t get to my policy on the app or the website, and the message says to call customer service. Customer service is automated and no help. Help!!!
@FedEx is this how you train your drivers? Just drop the packages in the middle of the walkway? Leaving flowers out in the sun, in plain sight of the road? Not over to the side, out of view, in the shade, like @ups did? Unreal.
@DoorDash do you train your delivery drivers on where to place their orders when they drop them off? Directly in front of a door that opens outward is not helpful, especially when placing it to the left or right of the door would have still been protected from the elements.
Well, my 5+ month vacation is coming to a close. I accepted an offer to join Amazon as a Senior Product Manager. As much fun as it’s been to knock out projects and enjoy holidays I wouldn’t have otherwise enjoyed, as well as just relax, it’ll be nice to be working again!
Hey @Delta what does it take to talk to a human about my fiance’s screwed up flight and poor customer service? She sat on hold for an hour calling the line your email said to call to find out it was the wrong number, 5+ hours on hold later, she’ll never fly delta again.
