@TheShanzul @jellymoths I don't think peanut butter would work for frying. the sugar would scorch. if you don't have any oil or butter, if you have some meat like ham or bacon, you could fry the meat first, then put it on the sandwich and fry in the leftover grease

@TheShanzul @jellymoths mayo definitely works for this. it's really good. if you use mayo on the bread you don't have to grease the pan or anything. I've never tried it but apparently if you bake chicken, putting mayo on it is supposed to be good
