@virginmedia My broadband has been too unstable to use for months and your call center keeps fobbing me off with excuses. You web chat feature seems to have disappeared and it takes ages to get through on the phone. How can I get in touch with someone more senior? Very frustrated
@virginmedia Yeah I've used that link many times - it consistently tells me there are no known faults in my area, and the automated message when I call the customer service line says the exact opposite, hence I'm desperate to speak to someone who can actually explain what's going on.
