A mom who talks better when her mouth is closed and her fingers are busy.
Inhaling love, exhaling gratitude.
What she thinks, she becomes.

I was deeply buried in the menace of darkness, but I found this treasure. As I held her, she whispered: "this is your future". I climbed out of the well, turning what's impossible into I'm possible. - Hope is magic [01052019]
βPower properly understood is nothing but the ability to achieve a purpose. It is the strength required to bring about social, political and economic change."~Martin Luther King Jr
Last Tuesday was my first time going to and meditating at Rumah Remedi. So happy to find a new "home", and to finally met the person who made my mala, another soul family that I've "met" since 2011.
While my first daughter always says "I just want to be normal", I, on the other hand always aim for an ideal. I am always in pursuit of something. I am always disturbed by "not there yet".
Then this moment comes, when life puts me in a situation that makes me say this "crap, now I understand why someone gets really angry when I do that". Like it or not, life is the mirror of who I am. It explains more about myself than about others. #staymindful
I always believe that it's Him - the Universe, the source of Magic, the Greater force, the Higher-self. It's Him working through me. With Him anything is possible. Serving my purpose with this awareness, my step is light and full of light. <3
#AudacesFortunaIuvat Fortune favors the brave. When "the calling" comes I have to be really brave in trusting my gut, jumping into the unknown to reach others and help them. Once I have done my mission, I let go and move on waiting for the next calling.
When this heart speaks, the gesture is genuine and the message is flowing. The word "LOVE" is universal and has no boundary. I will let this heart to spread love, even at times where the word is exchanged in silence.
The other things I'm most grateful for is the fact that I have been given ample opportunities to grow + have fun (training, conference, speaking engagement, exposure, outing, etc) and have met many genuine, kind, and supportive people to be friends for life.
I thank the Universe for always giving me everything I need. My company, which I previously had never considered joining in, has humbled me in sooo many ways. I've learned a great lesson. It has helped me to be less kiasu, to be less judgmental, to chill and to enjoy life more.
Another conversation with a little "brother" I found at the office. Always soulful. This time, left me with wet eyes. I thank the universe for the superpower she gave me, the ability to feel and to connect with others at a deeper level. #universallove
"Don't let dreams be dreams", the banner on my twitter account reminds me. But which dream? The dream to have fun or the dream to serve my purpose? Or both can be pursued simultaneously? (The fun list: climb the Everest, back to Yoga, Muay Thai camp, learn to dive)
Although I get better at it, I still feel that I've always done only a little in a day. Only one thing that can shift that perspective: if I can connect with others and pour my compassion and love in a universal way, letting people know that they are loved and valued.
