@spann James, what site has that visible satellite image with the 500mb chart overlaid on it that you use on Weather Xtreme at the beginning? I thought it was University of Arizona but theirs is down totally.
@spann Wildfire in Boulder, Colorado near the National Center for Atmospheric Research. Immediate area around it and CU (University of Colorado) south campus evacuated.
Please consider RT or looking at the sale - esp if you're in Denver/Cheyenne. RT @dizziemomma: My mom recently passed away - in order to pay for her services, her things are being sold.

@CNN Your writer Jacopo Prisco needs to cross check his writing! He said five shuttle orbiters were built but only 4 flew, losing 2 to accidents. The only one that didn't go to Space was Enterprise. Columbia, Challenger, Atlantis, Endeavour, and Discovery all five flew!
@courtcoulston (2/2) that and the helmet to helmet hits are @5 yard penalties and you can be ejected from the game.
Favorite NFL team - Chicago Bears
Favorite College FB team - Michigan State University Spartans.
I hope u are well and safe!
@courtcoulston (1/2) Cheers from Colorado! Your football reaction videos came up in my feed again on YouTube. You talk about rugby and football and the violence, they are trying to take those wicked hits out of the game. Blindside blocks are now illegal, at least in highschool.
@abc3340@spann so sorry for your loss everyone - much like a lot of workplaces, you become family...a second family to do work and life with, and I know y'all are hurting. I said a prayer for Mr. Sign's family and for you all at the station. Stay strong.
@TornadoStudy That's an interesting tidbit of info. I'll check out that study. Johnny's question about Smithville made me think about El Reno, with the speed of some of those small satellite twisters like the ones that did Twistex and almost got Mike Bettes, those maybe 200+ too.
@Jenizzle78 NASCAR had been trying to cater to the short attention span people md get more fans by breaking the races up into smaller parts. And theres a bit more strategy in having to run to win a stage as opposed to dialing a car in amd letting it run all day.
@JohnnyParker012 I could buy brief wind speeds high than that if 205 is just what NWS observed on Doppler. Between the high likelihood of sub-vortices and the forward speed of the storm, I'd think 215 or even better isn't unreasonable.
@RichardWVUA23 Looks like maybe you guys will get to dry out some in Dixie Alley finally. I'm debating going out to spot tomorrow in NE CO and eastern WY since that's in my backyard basically. Hoping youre well!
