@maticrobots I find the little side brush falls off a lot and gets sucked into the vacuum. It’s only attached via magnet so not very secure.

My experience with @maticrobots after 3 weeks as a previous user of Ecovacs X2 Omni:

Pros:
- way way better object avoidance and navigation. My Ecovacs would get stuck half the time and I have to tidy up before using it. Matic maybe got stuck once over the last 3 weeks.
- brush roller very good with hair
- much quieter
- Mops better than the Ecovacs which just spreads around the water

Cons:
- much slower to clean the house. It takes almost 10 hours to fully vac and mop the house vs maybe 4 hours on Ecovacs. The Matic vacs and mops as separate steps, whereas the Ecovacs does both in 1 pass
- water reservoir smaller. I can’t clean my entire floor in 1 fill, about 2000sqft of mostly tile.
- can’t get into low height tight spaces

The Matic will sometimes still suck up items like legos, pencils, and flat pieces of paper that get stuck in the roller. It usually gets loud, so if the Matic had a mic it could detect when something is stuck in the roller.

I was worried about the disposable bag, but over 3 weeks I only had to change it once.

Overall I prefer the Matic and have switched to using this full time. It’s so nice not having to tidy up before using the robot.

@maticrobots Could we get a dockless mode. If I put my Matic on a different floor without a dock, I’d like it to complete cleaning and just return to where I placed it down without searching for the dock.
