@urbll_@Kjjetfan @Mike31609837 Likely it was supposed to be “he’s hit by a plow truck” only JEN talks about seeing here there and a better option was created. HIGGINS cut a deal, clearly. I found 90% of his testimony in trial 1 to be consistent.

But he admitted to the cell phone, and said “that’s not illegal”. Meaning he had been talking to someone about all that to know THAT wasn’t
