@Hertz your ‘deposit’ was twice the value of the entire hire cost and has been on hold in my account for 7 days! Avis only charge me £98 and not £284 for a week as a hold on my account go Avis or budget people!

@Hertz rented a car from you for 2 days which was returned without any issues from Lyon airport the customer service was horrendous and you put a block on my card for £284 which is high - 8 days ago this has STILL not been removed from my card despite my emailing to complain.
