Okay, I have experience in the whole process of applewood in thailand. Take this with a grain of salt because of course, applewood is new here, there will be difference. I didn't experience any problem with ticketing, pabilisan sa pag secure kasi walang queue. There's a possibility that they might change that, we'll have to wait for their guidelines and announcements.

Sa concert experience, I don't remember any huge inconvenience, take note, I flew to bkk same day as the concert, I arrived 5pm sa venue, had to get my physical tix and leave my baggage sa counter, but I got in just in time for the concert. Same for day 2 nakuha ko lang din agad yung ticket ko for verification, madami kasing tents for tix claiming. Madaming staff na pwedeng pagtanungan mag assist. Problem is the long lines for baggage counter and merch line and caratzone but it was managed (which is understandable.)

So I hope it kahit papano same exp, again, this is my experience, idk about other filos na nanood sa thailand. There is no perfect perfect organizer, what we can only do to help them be better is to point out what they can do better. I know some people are scared of change kasi nasanay na, but sometimes change can be good. Ayun lang. ☺️
