@KHarrisHistory Question, In your class do you split the class into three groups. One against secession, one for secession, and the third to evaluate which group provides the most credible evidence. Groups must effectively research their topic. Rotate groups as history lessons progress.

@KHarrisHistory It took me awhile also. I read Hartwigs book. Very well researched. I just wish it had more maps. I had to keep flipping back to a previous map. Another book you’ll enjoy is “Retreat from Gettysburg” by KM Brown. I got the impression the retreat was more difficult than the battle
