@whstancil The entire argument is stupid. McD's increased the menu price, but also drastically increased the availability of discounts. It's classic price discrimination. Anyone who cares can pay the old price, anyone who can't be bothered pays an extra 25%.

Same thing at grocery stores.

@kevinamezaga It annoys me that the former corner store is still sitting there vacant almost 5 years after the new owner terminated their lease. It exemplifies one of Miami's worst trends. Neighborhoods are getting worse because landlords leave properties vacant hoping for a windfall.

@kevinamezaga N Miami and 45th? Always hated driving around that area because it's damn near impossible to get a decent look at the traffic from the side streets. Didn't help that a lot of people treat N Miami as a highway and drive 15 over.

@KProtein19 @KirbyWTweets If they mean something specific, they need to actually write that into the rule, not rely on context. Anatomical irregularities requiring surgery are surprisingly common and absolutely do "alter primary or secondary sexual characteristics".

"You know what I mean" is bad law.

@kevinamezaga @trainfacts2020 Miami happens to be very lucky in that for various reasons the rate of sea level increase here is lower than in many other places. That said, some neighborhoods will likely become unlivable in your lifetime. Not large areas, but some.
