@TELUSBusiness has had #TELUSfiber here at my home office since the 1st of this month. What ever happened to my bandwidth because I did not change anything and its traffic is not going through the line anymore. Then I called in the AM its worse now, but TELUS setup a onsite visit
@TELUSsupport I was getting 25Mbps daily,outgoing from @TELUS to @worldstream, yesterday during the day it was literally less then 5Mbps all day. I do not need a visit from a tech, its not an issue over here, why don't you guys check your bandwidth allocation? I am not at fault for slow speeds
@TELUS It has been working sort of better last night. I do not think I can trust it. Calling #telus is tough because I now deal with a AI bot that is difficult, I always talk to the wrong department whenever I call,(not my fault) and I have issues with getting a low bandwidth. Annoying!
Update: It seems to work better now at night but all day it was not. Why the change if its fiber optics? I don't want a tech coming here to waste my time as I have other VERY important things to worry about. Fix it on your end @telus, and do not let it bother me. Thankyou, Matt..
