My 2026 goals:
• Become an applied AI engineer
• Calisthenics. no quitting.
• Reduce Insta screen time
• Drink 2L of water daily
• Sleep early, no late-night snacks
• Become boringly consistent
2026 feels like my year ✨
For the first time, I actually have a direction.
From zero to App Store submission in 7 days. 🚀
This was my first hackathon: @RevenueCat Shipaton 2026 and I had zero experience with mobile development or Flutter.
I shipped HardSync, an AI flight simulator that lets you rehearse tough workplace conversations (feedback, boundaries, saying no) on a live video call with a real-time AI avatars. It's now in review on the App Store.
It was a huge learning curve. I had to work out payments with RevenueCat, getting video agents running in a live call, and Apple's review requirements. And of course, I did all of it with my amazing team: Claude and ChatGPT.
The biggest lesson wasn't technical. It was learning which features are actually necessary. I started out building lots of features, and ended up spending much of the time removing them. Voice calls, call recording and a progress screen all got cut. A smaller app that works beats a bigger one that mostly works.
There is still plenty I didnt get to. The big one is cost. Real-time video agents aren’t cheap, and I haven’t optimized that yet.

I have a lot to learn and a lot to build, and I'm excited to keep going.
