n general, what is “harder” does not depend on the type of application, but on the go-to-market strategy.

Building an application: It has become technically more accessible thanks to low-code tools, ready-made APIs, and AI tools. In other words, the barrier has lowered.

Acquiring users: This is where the real challenge is. Competition is very high, attention spans are short, and users quickly switch to alternatives.

So in most cases, the real difficulty is not building the product, but making the product visible and indispensable.

But there is a small nuance:
If the product solves a very strong problem and has a clear pain point, then acquiring users can also become relatively easier. Otherwise, even the best product can remain invisible.
