@MF_Ball @reddit_lies Being a fat youngster only makes it harder to keep weight down as an adult, those extra fat cells grown do not go away they only shrink down and are always waiting to be refilled. It's a big reason why fat people can balloon back up so quickly if they fall off of the wagon.
