I was obviously brought into the gender ideology fight because of women’s rights & women only spaces, but I genuinely believe that this is an issue that impacts everyone. Women’s rights are the canary in the coal mine and should have been listened to 20+ years ago.

Gender ideology attacks human beings at one of our most basic instincts: sex recognition. An evolutionary skill that is so instinctual, we don’t even realize the moment we’re acknowledging biological sex in every interaction we ever have, whether it matters or not. But it’s there.

Everyone should have the right to acknowledge a man is a man, a woman is a woman, a boy is a boy, a girl is a girl, and it’s impossible to change or be neither.

If the state can force you to accept men as women, they can force you to accept anything. Don’t let them.

Possibly, as Minister for Health, James Murray could compel the adult gender clinics to hand over the data they refused to give to Cass. We might then find out just how much benefit these interventions confer long term, without needing to perform experiments on children too young to give meaningful consent.

Read the testimony of the ever-expanding numbers of detransitioners. Grasp that these young people, many of them extremely vulnerable - autistic, care-experienced, abuse survivors, same-sex attracted in unsupportive families - have been irreparably harmed, left with their fertility destroyed, unending medical complications and profound psychological damage.

This is a medical scandal of epic proportions and people of power and influence are still too frightened of trans activists and trans lobby groups to do the right thing and put an end to the insanity. Kids are being sacrificed to ideology and cowardice.

Interesting observation from someone who watched my @GBNews interview about the controversial Lush tiger window display, which I felt was glorifying mastectomy (clip to follow).

They said they enjoyed hearing my perspective, but would have liked to have heard from someone from Lush.

It's a very fair point.
And wouldn't we all?

In the interests of balance, I know GB News would have approached Lush for comment. And, in the absence of a response, read out a statement setting out the company's position.

Standard journalistic practice.

But balance doesn't always mean two perfectly opposed guests in the studio - however much viewers (or producers) might want that.

Good journalism requires you to seek the other side of the story. It doesn't guarantee you'll get it.

Likewise, before publishing my Sunday Telegraph article featuring an interview with a former employee, I approached Lush for comment.

I didn't even receive an acknowledgement.
That's not unusual.

My sense is that GB News welcomes alternative voices - and goes to considerable lengths to secure them.

Had someone from Lush - or indeed someone who had undergone "top surgery" to affirm a gender identity - wanted to join me and explain why they believe cosmetics retailers *should* be promoting such procedures, I can't imagine the channel having had any objection.

Quite the opposite in fact.

However, I personally know people who refuse to appear on outlets like GB News because they fear being somehow "tainted" by appearing on a channel they regard as being out of step with their own views.

Which strikes me as rather odd.

Because if you genuinely believe you're right, why wouldn't you want to make your case to a wider audience?

After all, minds aren't changed in echo chambers.
