@YodelOnline a parcel I sent to “the gift box, 9 West Stewart St, Greenock, PA15 1SN” has been stuck for (6) days as their terminal isn’t working and they won’t give the parcel even with ID. Customer services can’t intervene and the shop staff just shrug. Please help!

@thetrainline Hi the train was formed of 2 5-carriage trains with no access between the two. When I eventually got online again I checked my email then yes the detail was there, but it was too late as train was moving. The app does not show seat / reservation details.

@thetrainline any chance your app could show the seat reservation details please? It didn’t show on the eticket nor barcode. I had no internet coverage at the time to check so ended up hogging an unreserved seat, and there’s no access to the carriage where my reserved seat is!ta!
