The Payer initiates the process by sending USDC (or another stablecoin) to the Monetize Contract. This transaction could be part of several use cases like pay-to-earn, pay-to-mint, or pay-to-launch.

Payer Action: Transfer USDC to the Monetize Contract for further processing.

2. Monetize Contract

The Monetize Contract is at the core of this flow, where it processes the incoming USDC payment. Depending on the structure of the transaction, this contract can also generate a reward token as part of the incentive for the Payer.

Monetize Contract Role:
Monetize the transaction by handling the USDC and rewarding the payer with reward tokens (if applicable).
Send the reward to the LP (Liquidity Pool) while also forwarding USDC and reward tokens to the Payee.

3. Liquidity Pool (LP)

The Liquidity Pool (LP) manages the distribution and liquidity of the assets involved in the transaction. It helps ensure that the USDC and reward tokens are balanced and available for further transactions within the ecosystem.

LP Function:
It receives USDC and reward tokens from the Monetize Contract.
Acts as a storage and redistribution system for smooth liquidity flow between the Payer and Payee.

4. Payee Receives Payment

The Payee is the recipient of the transaction, receiving the USDC and reward tokens (if applicable) as part of the final step in the payment process. This ensures that the Payee gets compensated immediately and fairly for their service or product, with a clear, transparent, and seamless flow.
