I have managed to grab a good amount of $zcat last night and I think it’s one of the few tokens we see along side $ansem and others that are over a 100m market cap on the solana chain but this one here is different because it rewards you with $zec generously and zec is at an ath
Scenario: Two coins at 250m marketcap
Coin A) Creator rewards, nobody knows the creator. great meme. great community
Coin B) Holder rewards, holders get paid to hold. great meme. great community
Which one do you think people will rotate into?
one of the main factors at play when a particular memecoin “fizzles out” is the correlation between community-excitement & price-action; if the community can’t stay engaged despite downward swings, it will have more trouble bouncing back after a negative swing — holders bail, people secure profit, etc.
while memetic strength come first (poor memetics won’t cut it, regardless), reflection tokens provide support in this regard by satisfying holders with passive rewards regardless of price-action — the concern surrounding price-action is psychologically dulled, offset by the token’s passive reward bonus
through this, all holders become aware that their “neighbor” is being paid to hold, just like they are, and everyone becomes more comfortable holding with that fact in mind, leading to a natural reduction in sell pressure
as i said — memetics absolutely must come first (the meme itself must be able to stand on its own), but as far as memecoins go; it doesn’t get much better than strong memetics in combination with a generous passive reward profile
the sky is the limit here, and i think we’ve barely left the ground
